Duration: 18 months from the date of delivery (verified via shipping documents or invoice).
Applicable Scope: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including premature tread separation, sidewall bulges, and carcass failures caused by manufacturing inconsistencies.
Eligible Products: All bias ply OTR tires, mining truck tires, and industrial machinery tires supplied by Qingdao Maoxiang.

The warranty does not apply to:
 
Damage from misuse, overloading, or improper inflation (beyond recommended pressure).
Wear and tear due to normal operation, rough terrain, or contact with sharp objects (rocks, debris).
Modifications, retreading, or improper installation by non-professional personnel.
